1. About PRISM

PRISM is a market intelligence and opportunity-tracking platform operated by Prism Orbis (prismorbis.com). We provide technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and superinvestor context to help you read the market and do your own research. PRISM is for information and education only. PRISM is not an investment adviser, is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and does not provide personalised investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell any specific security. We do not arrange deals, manage investments, or execute trades under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). The platform aggregates and displays model-generated status labels, market data, and analysis for information and education purposes only. You make your own decisions via your own broker or platform.

2. Information and education only — no trade execution

PRISM does not execute, settle, or facilitate any trades. All content—including model status labels, technical and fundamental analysis, and superinvestor holdings—is for information and education only. Status labels (for example BUY or HOLD) describe what our rules-based model shows; they are not instructions to buy or sell. You must do your own research and make your own trading decisions via your own broker or platform. We do not take your personal circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance into account. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Seek independent advice from a licensed, FCA-authorised adviser if you need personalised guidance.

3. No guarantee of profits

We do not guarantee any profits, positive performance, or particular outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing and trading involve risk; you may lose some or all of your capital.

4. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16). You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the platform, other users, or our providers.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

PRISM offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

• Prices and currencies are shown on the pricing page and at checkout
• Free plan access does not require a credit card and remains available at no charge while we offer it
• When a limited-time explore is offered on eligible Premium or Pro plans, you may use those plan features without charge during the exploration period. After free exploration ends, a credit card is required to keep Premium or Pro features. If you do not continue on a paid plan, you remain on Free
• You may cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page or, when live billing is enabled, through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep paid access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for
• Refunds and related exceptions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will not change the price of a period you have already paid for. Continued use after a price change takes effect for a new period constitutes acceptance of the new price for that period

6. Third-party integrations

PRISM uses third-party data providers, payment processors, and other services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or actions of these third parties. You should verify prices and data before making any trading decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be subject to downtime, maintenance, or technical issues. We provide best-effort service and support.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law. We do not accept liability for investment losses, trading losses, market losses, or any decisions you make based on our content, whether you trade via a third-party broker or otherwise.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. If you continue to use PRISM after an update, you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email.
